THE MONARCH OF WALLENIA

The Monarch is the head of state of Wallenia 

The monarchy of Wallenia is a semi absolute monarchy. As such, the role and position of the monarch are defined and limited by the Constitution of Wallenia. and that the king/queen shares his/her power with the elected by the House of Delegates Grand Governor Consequently, a large portion of it is devoted to the monarch; roughly a third of the document describes the succession, mechanisms of accession and abdication to the throne, the roles and responsibilities of the monarch and the formalities of communication between the Wallenian Parliament and the role of the monarch in the creation of laws. The monarch also fulfils other roles not explicitly mentioned in the constitution in his capacity as head of state, for example, presiding over events of national significance including religious ceremonies and traditions integral to the Wallene nation, supporting humanitarian and philanthropic causes, and representing Wallenia abroad when undertaking official visits overseas.
